Acer Bakal Bikin Saingan Google Glass dan iWatch

San Francisco - Semenjak Google merilis kacamata pintar, perusahaan teknologi lain dan ilmuwan dari berbagai negara berlomba membuat gadget yang disebut wearable tech atau gadget yang dipakai di tubuh. Selain kacamata pintar, muncul juga jam tangan pintar, kontak lens pintar dan lain-lain.

Kini, kabarnya Acer tertarik ikut ambil bagian di ranah wearable tech. Tahun depan, seperti dikatakan President Acer ST Liew, Acer berencana membuat saingan gadget-gadget tersebut.

"Kami berminat terhadap wearable tech. Saya rasa setiap perusahaan consumer harus memikirkan soal ini. Wearable tech bukan hal baru, hanya saja teknologi dan penggunaannya melebihi apa yang umum di publik saat ini," kata Liew seperti dikutip dari Cnet, Minggu (16/6/2013).

Dia menyebutkan, wearable tech bukan masalah 'bagaimana', melainkan 'apa' yang bisa dibuat sebuah perusahaan teknologi untuk memenuhi yang diinginkan konsumen, termasuk dalam hal fungsi, daya tahan baterai dan spesifikasi lain.

Dengan membuat wearable tech, Acer akan berupaya menyaingi Google Glass atau iWatch. Namun Acer belum bersedia menyebutkan, gadget wearable tech apa yang akan dibuatnya nanti. Kita tunggu saja!

Jakarta - PlayStation 4 (PS4) dijadwalkan mulai dijual akhir 2013. Namun Sony memprediksi akan adanya kelangkaan barang, sesaat setelah konsol tersebut resmi dipasarkan.

Prediksi itu bukan tanpa alasan. Sony melihat begitu besar antusiasme gamer saat meluncurkan PS4 di Electronic Entertainment Expo 2013 lalu. Ditambah lagi, pesaing utama mereka justru banyak menerima kritikan.

Memang, 'pertandingan' Xbox One vs PS4 pada acara pameran game terbesar itu seolah-olah dimenangkan oleh Sony. Dibanding Xbox One, konsol mereka terbilang lebih fleksibel, mudah dipakai, dan ternyata juga lebih murah.

Animo gamer terhadap PS4 pun sudah diprediksi oleh Gamestop. Retailer game asal Amerika Serikat bahkan mengaku mau memborong seluruh unit PS4 yang diproduksi tahun ini jika itu memang dizinkan oleh Sony.

Seperti dikutip detikINET dari Gamesradar, Minggu (15/6/2013), Amazon juga menganggap demikian. Perusahaan e-commerce itu bahkan menempatkan PS4 sebagai best seller console, setingkat di atas Xbox One.

PS4 sendiri baru akan mulai dipasarkan pada penghujung tahun nanti, bertepatan dengan libur Natal dan Tahun Baru. Jadi kemungkinan memang akan ada permintaan yang cukup besar untuk PS4.

Believe is the third studio album by Canadian recording artist Justin Bieber, released on June 15, 2012 by Island Records. The album marks a musical departure from the teen pop sound of his previous releases and incorporates elements of dance-pop and R&B genres. On March 2, 2012, Bieber appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show to announce that the first single from his upcoming album would be called "Boyfriend"; it was released on March 26, 2012.^[4] The song was written by Bieber and Mike Posner, and produced by Posner and Mason Levy.

Bieber also invited his fans to participate in one of the creative decisions for the "Boyfriend" single. Two potential cover arts were published on Bieber's website, and fans were encouraged to vote for which one they preferred. The cover with the most votes became the official cover for the single.^[5]
